Cafe Fafu Korean BBQ
Fafu is a Korean barbecue spot in Shanghai known for high-quality, well-marbled beef (including wagyu) and Iberico pork at accessible prices. With locations on Yuyao Road and Dagu Road, it’s a favorite for late‑night grilling.
The signature is honeycomb thick-cut pork belly—generous slabs that crisp up perfectly on the grill. Beef options include top blade, tendon, rib fan, and beef tongue. A playful DIY option lets you build your own mix: choose your cut, toppings, and cooking method, all tossed in a slightly spicy Korean sauce.
Staff grill the meats for you, and the atmosphere is lively, fueled by soju and crisp beer. Sweet finishes include grilled bananas with marshmallows.
